The Leonhardt Residence was built in 1962, with all of the original and custom mid-century modern elements that keep true to the architectural design. The house offers a tranquil vibe with walls of glass that illuminate the view and nature, natural tongue and groove wood ceiling, post and beam, block walls and fireplace, Philippine Dao wood walls, an atrium with a built-in fountain, and retro bathrooms. The house has been meticulously maintained, and over the last few years updates have been made: radiant heat boiler, termite/wood replacement, patio cover, electrical, faucets, balcony over the garage, and main sewer line sleeved.
