Front unit is the B unit, they are currently month to month but have been tenants for almost 10 years. Back unit is the A unit and they just moved in and have a 6 month lease. Tenants have also been long term tenants of ours just at another location. Both are good tenants who pay their rent on time and take good care of the property. Property used to be 3 units.
