What We Collect

• Financial information such as income range, credit score range, employment status, and down payment estimates when you complete our prequalification questionnaire. This information is provided in broad ranges, not exact figures.
• Communication records including messages you send through our contact forms.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for one purpose: to help you buy or sell a home through TDG Realty. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide personalized real estate guidance.
• Match you with properties that fit your criteria and preferences.
• Determine which buyer assistance programs you may qualify for.
• Connect you with our trusted mortgage partners when you request prequalification assistance.
• Send you property updates, market insights, and relevant communications that you have opted into.
• Improve our website and services based on how visitors interact with our tools.

Service Providers Who Help Us Operate

Running a modern real estate practice means working with a small set of specialized vendors. Each one touches a narrow slice of your data only for the purpose described below, and each is bound by their own contractual privacy obligations. We list them here so you always know exactly who can see what.

• Supabase hosts our encrypted database. Your information is stored on their managed infrastructure with industry-standard encryption at rest.
• Resend delivers email on our behalf. They process your email address and the message content when we send you property updates or replies.
• Twilio delivers SMS on our behalf when you opt into text communications. They process your phone number and message content.
• OpenAI powers our AI concierge and message classifier. When you chat with the AI on the website, your messages are sent to OpenAI for response generation. We never send financial details, social security numbers, or sensitive personal identifiers to AI services.
• SimplyRETS / CRMLS provides MLS property data we display. No personal information about you is sent to them.
• Showami is the licensed showing partner network we use to coordinate qualified tour requests. Only the information needed to schedule a showing is shared.
• Google Workspace hosts our team email accounts. Replies you send to alex@tdgsells.com or reply@tdgsells.com pass through Google's infrastructure.

We do not use advertising trackers, analytics resellers, or data brokers. The list above is the complete set of third parties that touch your information.

Mortgage Partner Referrals

When you complete our prequalification questionnaire and are connected with one of our mortgage partners, we share only the information necessary to begin your prequalification process. This is done at your explicit request and only after you choose to proceed. Our mortgage partners are bound by their own privacy obligations and federal lending regulations (including RESPA, TILA, and ECOA) that protect your financial data.

SMS & Communication Preferences

If you opt into SMS communications, we will only send messages related to your property search, showing updates, and relevant real estate information. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or contacting us directly. We honor all opt out requests immediately.

Newsletter subscribers receive periodic market updates and property highlights. Every email includes a one click unsubscribe option.

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We use industry standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted through our website, restricted database access limited to authorized personnel, and regular security monitoring. We do not store exact financial figures. Our prequalification questionnaire collects information in general ranges only, which minimizes risk while still allowing us to provide meaningful guidance.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access any personal information we have on file for you.
• Correct any inaccurate information in our records.
• Delete your data from our systems entirely upon request.
• Opt out of any and all marketing communications at any time.
• Know exactly what data we hold and how it is being used.

Since we never sell personal information, this right is already honored by default.
